Do the figures come as shown in the pictures?

The pictures shown are renders of figures that I personally 3d print then paint. I offer an option to have them painted as shown in the renders, or the kit of the pieces if you would like to paint it yourself!

What is the Figure made of?

The figures are made using ABS like resin, unlike standard resin which is brittle, ABS like s tough and flexible, making it an optimal choice for creating high quality statues.

Do the Figures arrive fully assembled?

NO! The figures are shipped out disassembled to prioritize safe shipping and to make sure no parts are harmed throughout the process. Once the order arrives, you may need super glue to assemble certain parts.

Do you offer Figures that come preassembled?

I am in the process of getting figures ready to shipped out with pins and magnets so the use of super glue will not be necessary. Even so, figures will never be shipped out completely assembled.

How long will my order take?

Processing and delivery times can vary by product and destination. The usual time it takes to print a figure is about 2-7 days, refining and painting it takes up around 1 - 2 weeks making the wait time for 1 figure about 2-3 weeks.

I have the processing time to be much larger to make time if I have multiple orders, if packed orders may take anywhere from 3 - 8 weeks.

It is just me handling every order and aspect of this shop, so I would appreciate your patience as I put my best effort into making the best figure for everyone. : )

How can I keep in touch with my Order?

As a seller on etsy I would send photo updates as I progressed through every order, I cannot do that here anymore unfortunately, however please feel free to use the contact form page with your order number whenever you would like an update.

How can I track my order?

When tracking is available, it will be sent with your shipping confirmation. If you need help, have your order number ready when you contact us.

What does 1/8 scale, 1/6 scale mean?

1/X scale is the scale used to narrow down the size of the figure. 1/1 scale being life size, the higher the scale goes, the smaller the figure is. I typically focus on 1/8 and 1/6 scale figures, 1/8 being around 20 - 25cm tall and 1/6 being 30 - 36cm.

Can I request a different size or scale?

Can I provide my own 3D model/STL for printing?

How much do custom commissions cost?

This would depend on the figure you want a commission on, however things that definitely increase the price are the size and the amount of details the figure has. Feel free to send a commission idea.
