Payment
Full payment is required upfront before any work begins. Payment plans may be available upon request, or through Klarna at checkout where available.
Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is 2–4 weeks per figure from the date payment is received. During periods of high demand, turnaround time may extend from anywhere to 4–10 weeks. You will be notified of the estimated timeline when your commission is confirmed.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of commissions, all sales are final once work has begun. If you need to cancel before work has started, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds for cancellations prior to work starting will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Revisions
Minor touch-ups may be accommodated at our discretion. Significant changes to the original agreed-upon scope are not included and may incur additional charges.
Shipping
We currently ship to US addresses only. Shipping costs will be communicated prior to shipment. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during transit once the package has been handed to the carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value commissions.
STL Files & Print Quality
We print and paint figures — we do not sculpt original designs. If you provide an STL file, we are not responsible for print issues that arise from errors or limitations in the file itself. We will notify you of any concerns before proceeding.
Intellectual Property
DaysPrintStudio retains the right to photograph and share finished commissions on our portfolio, website, and social media unless you request otherwise at the time of your order. By submitting an STL file or design reference, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and reproduce that file. We are not responsible for any copyright or licensing violations arising from files provided by the customer.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the commission in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with Texas law.
